In the last few days, Salviamo l’Orso volunteers, together with the staff of the Monte Genzana Reserve, cleaned up laybys along the SS17 Road.
The problem of road waste dumping is an ever-present malpractice, also requiring initiatives like this, which aims at combating incivility, raising awareness and helping the environment, making our Bear Smart Community Genzana an increasingly sustainable place, both for the bear and the people.
We urge ANAS, the managing company of the road, to find definitive solutions and stop this regrettable phenomenon!
