Yesterday at the Researchers’ Night, at the Campus of the University “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti – Pescara, Salviamo l’Orso talked to the numerous participants, especially young people and children, about the Marsican brown bear and the ongoing projects for the conservation of the species.
Furthermore, from 22:00 to 23:30 there were a seminar on the institutional coordination for the conservation of large mammals, by prof. Stefano Civitarese and dr. Eugenio Caliceti, and a talk on bear smart communities that the association is developing in some vital areas for the future of the species.
We thank the University of “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti – Pescara for the hospitality and all the participants for the sincere interest for the Marsican bear and the work of our organisation.
