In Pettorano sul Gizio, we inaugurated on September 21 a new breeding center for the crayfish, a key species for river ecosystems.
The crayfish is an indicator of environmental health, and our commitment is to return it to the rivers that run through the Park’s territory, thus contributing to the renaturalization of waterways.
The day was also an opportunity to raise awareness of issues such as restoring river barriers and combating pollution.
