The European Nature Trust
TENT is a nonprofit based in England with a mission to provide opportunities for people to enjoy wilderness and support conservation programs, got to meet Salviamo l’Orso and join our work through donations.

Rewilding Apennines
Rewilding Apennines is an environmental conservation organization that has been working in synergy with Save the Bear since 2018. Together we carry out many projects and our volunteer program.

Four Seasons Nature and Culture
Leading Italian tour operator in hiking, nature and cultural tourism. Since 1993, we have never stopped proposing original and picturesque routes to all lovers of travel and trekking, far from the logic of traditional tourism. We continue to tirelessly promote the principles of Ecotourism, spreading the culture of authentic travel; it is a lifestyle choice, as well as a professional one, that is based on the values of respect and relationships: the “culture of nature” guides all the people who work with us to realize, every day, this vision.
Together with FSNC, we have organized awareness and outreach events.

I am not afraid of the wolf APS
The goal of I am not afraid of the wolf is is to ensure the conservation of the wolf in Italy and Europe and its coexistence with human activities.

Municipality of Pettorano sul Gizio and Monte Genzana Alto Gizio Regional Nature Reserve
The Municipality of Pettorano sul Gizio and RNRMGAG is the birthplace of the Save the Bear volunteer program, which allows us to host dozens of volunteers from around the world each year. It is also the place where the first Bear-sized Community was born.

Sirente Velino Regional Park
Sirente Velino Regional Park is located in a key area for bear expansion. Through collaboration with the Park, numerous conservation actions are carried out each year to encourage coexistence and make this area welcoming and safe for bears.

Municipality of Pizzone
Located on the Molise side of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park, the municipality of Pizzone is home to the Bear Museum, run by Salviamo l’Orso.

Altura
Altura is a volunteer association that aims to safeguard the species of birds of prey still present in our country, and to protect the environment in which these animals live.
Through collaboration with Altura, we have been able to pursue many legal battles to oppose projects of environmental destruction.

Abruzzese Ornithological Station
SOA is an association founded in 1996 and brings together enthusiasts of Abruzzo’s avifauna. It also conducts research in collaboration with entities. Promotes land and biodiversity conservation.
Through collaboration with SOA, we have been able to pursue many legal battles to counter environmental destruction projects.

Trekking with Marta
Trekking with Marta is a reality carried out by Marta Trobitz, hiking guide and board member of Save the Bear. Trekking with Marta has been working for about 10 years in and around the Marsica area to create sustainable tourism networks, educate on respect for biodiversity, deal with and explore important ecological and wildlife issues together with the participants of the initiatives, organize days of cleaning and restoration of woodland and grassland environments, and train through play many little new conscious explorers. Marta has always collaborated with Save the Bear, taking our association to schools and on its excursions.
